    I can confidently say that working with Erin has made a meaningful impact on my life. From the beginning, she created an environment where I felt comfortable being honest without fear of judgment while still challenging me to grow, reflect, and take accountability for myself. What I appreciate most is how intentional and attentive she is over time. She does an incredible job connecting details and patterns from years worth of sessions that I may not have even realized were important in the moment. Her ability to carefully recall things I’ve shared over time helps us truly pinpoint the root of issues instead of just discussing surface level symptoms. She consistently helps me see situations, relationships, emotions, and personal patterns from perspectives I would not have reached on my own. I never feel like I’m talking to someone who is just checking boxes or giving generic responses, she genuinely listens, remembers, and pieces things together thoughtfully in a way that makes the work feel productive and deeply personal. I’ve grown tremendously in self-awareness, emotional understanding, communication, and confidence through working with her, and I’m incredibly grateful for the safe but accountable environment she creates. For anyone hesitant about therapy or discouraged by emotional or highly negative reviews in the mental health space, I would encourage you not to write off therapy entirely because of someone else’s experience. Therapy is an extremely personal relationship, and not every therapist will be the right fit for every person. Just like any important relationship, sometimes it takes meeting with a few professionals before finding someone you genuinely connect with and trust. If you are looking for a therapist who is emotionally intelligent, insightful, professional, and genuinely invested in helping people become healthier versions of themselves, I highly recommend her.

    There is truly nowhere else I would rather have my daughter seen than at Togetherness Counseling. My oldest has been seeing them since she was around 2–3 years old, and the care we’ve received throughout the years has been absolutely incredible. Not to mention CLEAR billing and Hippa protected software. Our provider, Lindsay Brownell, deserves a RAISE! She is truly amazing and consistently goes above and beyond for her clients and families. You can tell this is not “just a job” to her she genuinely cares.Shes exactly where she needs to be. If this world had more providers that showed her level of empathy the world truly would be a better place. She is fully engaged during sessions, attentive, compassionate, patient, and creates such a safe and supportive environment. As a parent, especially navigating challenges with your child, having a provider who truly sees and supports them means everything. We are beyond grateful for Lindsay and all she has done for our daughter and our family throughout the years. We are overjoyed we found Togetherness Counseling.

    I see, Dr. Erin Howell. I have been meeting with Dr. Howell on a weekly basis for the last year. I came looking to find answers and with Dr. H's help, I found myself. I feel like my life is mine again. We have worked on emotions and mental health to a point to my life is so peaceful.I understand why I was so upset a year ago. I had zero boundaries!!! I did not know how to go about finding them for myself or others. This last year has not only changed my life for the better, but it saved my ever loving soul. She's taught me that I don't have to ignore a crisis, but where my place is in a crisis. It's not my responsibility to carry the weight of the world.

    I have worked with alot of practices and therapists but none have been as good as Togetherness Counseling and Cindy. If you've been through cycles of therapy and want to find a place that truly cares and wants to help, this is the place to go.

    You are in great hands at this practice. Tara is brilliant and thoughtful and effective. Q is a rare gem, warm and funny, who puts you first and has a sharp clinical mind to help you reach your goals. Highly recommend!
