We had the pleasure of working with Armani and Nathaniel to replace the roof and gutters of our 4 unit condo building. We were given stringent requirements and deadlines to meet in order to obtain coverage with a new insurance carrier. The team at Benchmark Exteriors listened to our situation and rearranged their schedule to complete our work in record time. Not only did they do the work exceptionally quickly, but they went above and beyond the call of duty and diagnosed and addressed an issue in the ventilation for one of our rooms. They noticed that the box vent we had before was likely interacting poorly with one mirroring it on the neighbor's side. They replaced it with a ridge vent and the room has been noticeably cooler since. Additionally, they fixed a soffit that had been blown up by the wind on the 3rd story where we were unable to reach it ourselves. They also repaired previous damage made by a chimney company to our chimney fascia. Everything looks great, everyone was pleasant to work with, and they did a thorough job cleaning up the debris created by removing the previous two layers of shingles. Armani answered calls and emails promptly. We interacted primarily with Nathaniel on site. They were both very pleasant and happy to answer our questions and concerns. Both communicated clearly and effectively. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend Benchmark Exteriors to others in need of roof work!

We worked with Jason Colon to replace our roof and gutters, and he was kind and helpful from start to finish. I had numerous conversations with him throughout the process, from getting his advice on speaking with the insurance company, to asking follow-up questions after the work was done. He was always extremely responsive. When we were concerned with some wavy shingles after the roof was completed, Jason stopped by to take a look and then sent a crew out to apply caulking to some of the shingles that hadn’t yet flattened down. Now that I’m thinking about it, he also had to come out a second time to take photos for our insurance company, after the first person they sent out didn’t do a great job. I am legitimately impressed by his dedication. The finished roof looks awesome, and the gutters are being replaced today. Ultimately, I’m confident that this company will stand by their work and honor their 5-year warranty if anything goes awry!

Definitely the best roofing contractor in the state line. Special shout out to Abe who went above and beyond to ensure they were able to find out the source of the leak in my roof and siding and fix it. Armani, the head of the company, was available throughout the whole project ensuring good follow up. The work finish and quality was excellent and I’ve got many compliments from my neighbors about the nice looks of the new roof. They even helped remove a large antenna and sealed it up afterwards (something a different contractor in the area was refusing to do as part of the necessary roof repair). I can’t say enough good things about this company and would highly recommend them for any roofing or exterior work.
